Worship Times

Redeemer URC meets to worship twice every Sunday, at 9am and 5pm.

What Should I Wear?

The typical dress at Redeemer is business casual or business professional, but there is no “dress code.” Our focus is not on outward appearance but on the heart.

Where Do My Children Go?

We encourage families to keep their children in the service so that they too can be edified by the Word and worship, although we do offer a nursery for infants and toddlers. The nursery is located on the north side of the Church. We also provide a quiet room for mothers of infants located across the nursery.

Children may join us for Sunday school and Catechism classes following our morning service, during the school year.

What Is The Music Like?

We sing a variety of Psalms and hymns, accompanied by organ or piano. We also use the musical gifts of God’s people with soloists, ensembles, and choirs.

What Is a Worship Service Like?

The order of worship reflects the Bible’s story of redemption. We are called before God, we confess our sins, we are assured of his pardon, we hear his gospel word, we respond with thanksgiving, and we are sent out with God’s blessing. Our services focus on essential elements of New Testament worship: The preaching of the gospel, encouragement  and building up of one another, the sacraments of Baptism and Lord’s Supper, singing, giving of offerings, and prayers.
